My account has been charged, but I haven't received an order confirmation

Don't worry, this happens occasionally due to email delays or spam filters. First, check your spam/junk folder for an email from us. If you still can't find it, drop us a message at support@cycletees.co with your order number or the email address you used, and we'll resend your confirmation right away.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly to get your shirt to you as fast as possible. If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to make changes before production starts. After that, we won't be able to modify the order, but our 30-day return policy has you covered if anything isn't quite right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

Your order is made-to-order and typically ships within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and usually takes about a week

  • US & Canada: 2–6 business days
  • UK: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7–14 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link straight to your inbox. If you don't see it, give your spam folder a quick check, or send us a message at support@cycletees.co and we'll get you back on track.

Where are you located?

Our team is globally distributed, and we work with a network of trusted print providers around the world. Your order is made-to-order and shipped from the closest local facility (US, UK, EU, Canada, or Australia) to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available when you reach the order minimum for your region:

  • US: $75+ (under $75: $4.99 flat rate)
  • UK: £60+ (under £60: £2.99 flat rate)

The shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, reach out to us at support@cycletees.co. We'll track it down and make sure you either receive your order or get your money back. We're here to help.

What size should I order?

Sizing doesn't have to be complicated! Every product page includes a detailed size chart right next to the size options to help you find the perfect fit. Our shirts run true to size and have a comfortable unisex fit.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer premium t-shirts in sizes Small through 3XL. We have plans to expand our range to include v-necks, hoodies, and other apparel in the near future, so stay tuned!

What material are the shirts made from?

Our shirts are made using premium Gildan Softstyle® 64000 fabric with a comfortable unisex fit. They're soft, breathable, and built to last.

Material composition:

  • Solid colors: 100% ring-spun cotton
  • Sport Grey: 90% cotton, 10% polyester
  • Dark Heather: 65% polyester, 35% cotton

All shirts feature:

  • Lightweight, breathable fabric (4.3 oz/yd²)
  • Soft ring-spun feel that's great against your skin
  • Taped neck and shoulders for durability
  • Tear-away label for extra comfort
  • Modern classic fit designed for all-day comfort

How do I care for my shirt?

To keep your shirt looking fresh:

  • Wash and dry inside out to protect the print
  • Use low temperatures and gentle detergents
  • Avoid excessive spinning in the dryer

High heat and harsh detergents can shorten your shirt's lifespan, so a little care goes a long way.

What's the print quality like?

We use high-quality printing with OEKO-TEX® certified, low-impact dyes that are safer for people and the planet. Your design will look crisp, vibrant, and exactly as shown on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer 30-day returns or exchanges on unworn items in original condition.

If something isn’t quite right, such as a sizing issue, printing problem, or defect - just contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?

If your shirt arrives with a printing issue, stain, rip, or incorrect size, please email us at support@cycletees.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the size tag (if size-related)

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

How do returns work?

Because our shirts are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled case by case.

In many situations, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be sent back. When applicable, items must be unworn and in original condition.

Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved and processed, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

We generally prioritize replacements over refunds, but we’re always happy to issue a refund if that’s what you prefer.
