For smaller orders:
- US: $4.99 flat rate
- UK: £2.99 flat rate

How Long Will It Take?
Production: Your order is printed within 1-4 business days.
Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- US: 2-5 business days
- UK: 2-3 business days
🎁 Ordering for a gift? Place your order at least 10 business days before you need it. Most orders arrive sooner, but this gives you a comfortable buffer.
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
Fulfillment
We print on demand to reduce waste. Your order ships from the closest facility (US or UK) for faster delivery and lower emissions.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change something? Contact us at support@cycletees.co within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once production starts, we can't modify or cancel orders.
Wrong address? Let us know immediately. We can't guarantee recovery or replacement for incorrect addresses.
Missing or Damaged Package?
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:
1. Check with household members and neighbors
2. Look for a delivery notice from your carrier
3. Contact your local post office
If still missing, email us at support@cycletees.co with your order number and tracking link.
Damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
