Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, 
we're here to help.

How It Works

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from delivery.

If you need help, email us at support@cycletees.co with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (if it's a quality issue)

We'll respond within 24 hours and work with you to find 
the best solution – whether that's a replacement, exchange, 
or refund.

Our Approach

Because our items are made to order, we handle each 
situation individually to ensure the fairest outcome.

For quality issues (print defects, wrong size, damage), 
we'll typically resolve it quickly without requiring the 
item to be returned.

For other situations, we'll work with you to find a solution 
that makes sense.

Refunds

If we agree on a refund, it will be processed to your 
original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We generally prefer to send a replacement to make sure 
you get what you wanted, but we're always happy to 
issue a refund if that's what you'd prefer.
